I knew as soon as I met Sherry she would be my agent. My mother passed away and living 900 miles away I knew too, I needed someone with whom I could trust to work with from afar. Sherry made a great first impression with her knowledge, expertise, and confident yet relaxed personality. She defiantly lived up to that first impression. My mother’s house presented a number of problems and was not an easy sell. Work needed to be done and Sherry knew the right people to get things done quickly and affordably. Not having to work with handymen and contractors from afar saved me from a lot of stress and potential nightmare scenarios. I took one star away for negotiation skills because as many times (and there were many times) she showed the house or had it shown, we only got one serious offer. Would I use Sherry again as my agent? Yes, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute; because my last impression of Sherry upon the sale was as good or better than my first impression.
